Tax Information

Neither the United States Marine Corps nor any other component of the Department of Defense has approved, endorsed, or authorized any of the endeavors of Mom 4R Marines.

 

MOM 4R MARINES is a subsidiary committee under the All Divisions Detachment, #281 MCL (Marine Corps League).  All Divisions Detachment of the MCL is a 501(c)(4). Federal ID # 23-2117862.

 

The MCL is a not-for-profit organization within the provisions of the Internal Revenue Service Code 501(c)(4), with a special group exemption letter that allows for contributions to the Marine Corps League, its Auxiliary and subsidiary units, to be tax deductible by the donor.
